Refund policy

At Jinjan, all sales are final upon delivery.

If you wish to return an item, it must be handed directly to the courier while they are still present at the delivery location. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached as originally provided.

We do not accept returns or refunds once the courier has left the delivery location, or if any tags or labels have been removed or altered.

This policy ensures every Jinjan piece arrives in its original condition.
